How can my team participate in the tournament?
Participation is selective via competitive application and a factor will be geographic diversity. All applications are welcome and our staff will assess whether your team is eligible for acceptance. The earlier you apply the more opportunity there will be for acceptance as there will be a limit to 20 teams per age group.
Are there multiple levels of play available?
Yes. There will be elite and competitive in the U11 to U15 age groups. In the U9 and U10 age groups there will be 3 levels of play: Elite, Competitive, and Developmental.

What happens if I don't stay in the selected hotels?
The Philadelphia International Cup is a “Stay to Play” event. We’ve compiled a comprehensive list of hotels that offer the best packages for our participants. We also have an option to pay a $600 surcharge for teams wishing to book outside of our system.
When and where should I check in for the tournament?
Once a team is accepted, they will receive communication of the process for completing registration and details of the tournament. All teams must be sanctioned teams through a US Soccer national association such as: USYS (and state associations), US Club Soccer, USSSA, AYSO, SAY Soccer, for example.
What will the champion teams win?
Champion teams will receive trophies, medals, and a guaranteed spot to participate in the 2026 edition and any of our International Cup Series tournaments.
How many games will all participating teams play?
All teams are guaranteed to play three games.
When will schedules be released?
Schedules will be public about 2 weeks prior to the tournament after addressing team requests. If you have scheduling requests, please let us know BEFORE the registration deadline.
Can coaches with 2 teams request scheduling coordination?
Yes, add this information on the application or send an email request to tournamentdirector@premiersoccerservices.com . We will do everything we can to coordinate round robin matches as possible. Note, that coaches with conflicting semifinal or finals matches would not be able to be adjusted.
Can a player play for 2 teams in the tournament?
No, if you are looking for additional players, we suggest guest players, which you can have 5. There is a guest player portal in Gotsport to connect with interested guest players.
How do I change to a credit card Payment?
Please contact us at brandon@premiersoccerservices.com to change your payment type.
What field complex will our games be played?
The Event will have 2 locations. While we wish we could have everyone at the same fields, it is just impossible. The exact location of where your team will play really cannot be determined until the schedule is completed. See Fields here.
Do we have to pay referee fees, or are they included?
Referee fees are included in your registration fees.
Where do I find guest player forms?
Either your State Association or US Club provides, depending on your team’s jurisdiction.
Where do I mail in our tournament entry fees?
Please mail your checks to:
Premier Soccer Services
28274 Wooded Mist Dr
Spring, TX 77386
Remember to list your team in the memo part of your check.
Is there a team check in before the tournament?
Yes, however we prefer all credentials to be turned in online. You will need to bring your player cards to every game and have the players check in with the field marshal 30 minutes before your match. You do not need to present medical releases, but you will need to have them at the fields. More information HERE
