How can my team participate in the tournament?
All teams are welcome to apply. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and acceptance is based on competitiveness and availability. Early application is encouraged, as brackets will be capped per age group.

Are there multiple levels of play available?
Yes. The tournament features multi-tiered competition to provide the right level of challenge across all age groups.

What ages and genders can participate?
The event is open to boys and girls teams, U8 through U19.

What is the registration fee?

U8: $865

U9-U10: $1,065

U11-U12:  $1,165

U12 (11v11): $1,265

U13-U14: $1,265

U15-U19: $1,365

When does registration close?

Registration closes April 15, 2026. Brackets will be announced April 22, and schedules released May 3.

How many games will each team play?
All teams are guaranteed a minimum of three games.

Where will games be played?
Games will be held at multiple high-quality facilities across Massachusetts, including NEFC Park Mendon, The Edge Bedford, Woburn High School, Weymouth High School, Rivergreen (Everett), and more.

What is the Stay to Play policy?
All traveling teams are required to book hotels through our partner, Athlete Travel.

  • U13 and older: minimum 8 rooms

  • U11–U12: minimum 6 rooms

  • U9–U10: minimum 6 rooms
    Teams that do not use the housing service may opt to pay a $250 surcharge.

What happens if the tournament is canceled due to weather?
Optional Event Cancellation Insurance is available during registration. It covers full refunds for pre-event cancellations and pro-rated refunds for cancellations after the tournament has started.

Is there team check-in before the tournament?
Teams will receive instructions on check-in after acceptance. Teams must be sanctioned by a US Soccer national association (USYS, US Club Soccer, USSSA, etc.). Player cards will be required at each game.

What should families do in Boston during the event?
Boston offers a wide range of activities, from walking the Freedom Trail and exploring historic sites, to enjoying seafood, catching a Red Sox game, or touring nearby colleges like Harvard, MIT, and Boston College.
